In our latest product development, the CNC rotary surface grinder FRG-S series with hydrostatic rotary table delivers twice the processing efficiency of traditional surface grinders. It is complemented by a compact and versatile design that effortlessly adapts to dynamic production environments. The newly developed fully automatic precision surface grinder FSG-12/16ADIV+ series, which will debut at TIMTOS 2025, enhances elevation precision and machine rigidity, delivering exceptional machining performance. It features an optimized structural design with a fully enclosed splash guard, and it is designed to be energy-saving and environmentally friendly, in order to meet the diverse and evolving needs of various industries.

To address customer needs for highly efficient automated machining, Chevalier has developed a range of specialized accessories, including a quick change spindle arbor type dresser, servo-elevation spray nozzle systems, tool holder type spindle, and automatic grinding wheel dynamic balancing system.
