Custom-made jigs and fixtures

To meet the piston production needs in each phase, various fixtures, planning and design are implemented to achieve the best solution and workpiece accuracy.

Crucial machining for piston production lines

X- and Z-axis steel-inlaid guideways, designed without a tapered wedge, enable permanent wear-resistant processing technology and ensure long-term stability and high precision.
High-response, high-precision linear servo motor tool post system and the machining parameters can be adjusted in response to the machining requirements of various pistons with special-shaped outer surface, elliptical hyperbolas and more.

The entire production line is composed of: FVL-15P vertical lathe for non-circular contouring, FVL-12HTL vertical lathe, QP2033-L machining center. Integrated with iMCS remote monitoring system, it can reach the milestone of intelligent automated production.
